so is it safe to say 90% of you guys never clean under the hood? or above it, or inside your car lol I'm sorry call me an ass but most of your cars look like ****

ok Im done

i used to take my car in the diy wash all the time and spray under the hood to clean it but the open cone makes me lazy lol i always forget to bring bags to cover up the alternator and **** so i can wash

you know who I'm talking about not you. and most that stuff is made to get wet I'm talking about the people whos **** looks like it should be in a junkyard lol its your car do what you want with it but I don't see how anybody can take pride in a dirty ass car

I hate seen grime under the hood of my car it bugs me, dirty engine bays are a big turn off when buying a used car aswell i went and looked at a few inreally like and the engine bay was terrible.

no I'm saying in my opinion your a lazy **** who dosen't take care of his **** if its dirty lol like I said its your car do what you want I'm just an asshole

Under the hood is clean.

Outside is dirty.

washing your car daily is a waste of water and time.

And yes, washing your car daily isn't overkill if you actually DRIVE your car and demand it be clean all of the time.

what I'm really *****ing about is under the hood all the people posting pics like whats wrong with my car ... well idk because I can't see anything your whole engine is covered in dirt and oil personal prefrence do what you want its your car

LOL, Taz.. having worked with a mechanic for enough time...trust me that our cars are clean in comparison to most out there.

Plus..if I wasn't so busy suggesting to some guy that has a white car and crazy plans that he dump crimp connectors to solder stuff etc. I'd have the time to wash my car. :th_laugh-lol3::th_jester:

weekly for me...inside gets done monthly...but i don't use my car as a fast food garbage storage. ugh now that's winter is here it's weather permitting. don't wanna freeze myself out of it either..

edit: workng at a dealership has shown me how bad people let their cars go...i'm a smoker...but would never let my car smell like some of the ashtrays that come in..let alone dog hair, 30lbs of smoke packs, coffee cups and fast food bags. there is times where i hold my breath just to move a car from the drivethru to outside to keep myself from puking

Worked as a porter for a dealership before I got into parts... You could eat off my supercharger and I haven't washed under the hood for a few months. I clean under the hood like every other car wash, but cold, wet, raining weather makes me not want to wash her at all.
But people that would come in would be suprised to think you could clean under the hood at all... just nasty **** everywhere :th_nervous:

PS...if all you jerks that live west of me would stop sending 3 inches of rain per week...my car would look different.

im gets washed every week and every other week the wheels, hood, and inside all comes off and every inch gets washed,
ask scott and cavy they know

I try to wash mine at least every other week and underhood when i feel like it but i've seen some really bad ones like my parts car lol
