MY was driving my stock 02 gtp on the highway doing about 60 mph and it hesitated, i had to tow it home due it not starting back up it will not start up but when u turn the key it starts but doesn't turn over i changed the fuel, checked for spark, battery recharged what else could it be anyone got anything. and its not running any codes, work done to it just a intake filter.
 


well i hear the fuel pump siphon fuel as well as on the fuel rail there is a purge nosel n there is fuel coming out of there when i purged it.
 
If its the fuel pump resistor i believe the car turns over and runs for a few seconds (at least mine did.)

If you do determine this is your problem read this. It happened to me so i have a thread about it, a temp fix and a gm part number when you decide to replace it.
 
problem solved? or at least pinpointed? What do you mean it starts but doesnt turn over? Did you mean it does turn over, just doesnt start? Does it start and die or doesnt it start at all........please clarify. This could be a CPS(crank position sensor) if it wont start........
