destroyed a plug head need some help

told my bro to lower the engine via ratchet for me....should have told him to be careful

so whats my best bet on replacing this I notice each has two bolts holding it to the main bracket was wondering if I could just pick one and replace it

believe its the funky 5.5mm socket to get them off but I have no idea which direction I wanna go

Yup I think they are 5.5mm, just get another coil pack, the numbers on them don't matter.
