Nope not hacking off anything...actually adding something...

Got one of the PVC end caps sanded...had to take off the lettering so its smooth

3 light coats of paint later and

That's expensive though. Plus I don't have a way to paint with can paint...that's why I got this aerosol can. And no they were going to be plugs for the three holes where my front license plate used to be

You can go to an automotive paint shop and most of the time they can put it in a can for you. That's what i do for touch up paint on vehicles, they just scan a very small section of your car to get the exact paint code then mix it up.

No sh1t? was it that duplicolor? and did it have the dark cherry metallic name.

crap I would think a company where you can order a plethora of automotive colors would be the way to go....Ask 06GrandPrix06GT, he just got some for his car, how close it is.

Like Dsmuts said it looks closer to his color red. And when GrandPrix06GT did his spoiler with the Dupli it was close but not perfect. Duplicolor cant get black right!!

Yes its dupli color and yes dark cherry metallic and the number matches my color code. The lid for the can looks like the right color but the paint color doesn't match

O o o o and on another topic my car is gonna get a new sound system :D
Kind of a big deal to me. Replacing all the speakers with Memphis ones. And a single 12" Memphis sub and Memphis amps. Two amps. 1 for sub and 1 for the two 6x9's in the rear of the car. The DEC is going to be a touch screen Kenwood unit and is going to retain steering wheel controls, blue tooth, and the on star system (which I don't use).

I'll post links of each of the things I'm going with and there's gonna be a nice trunk set up
