Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Déjà vu new pics finally!

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

Well got me an aero force and vent modded it, pics to follow tonight. At wot at its shift point I had 5.6 kr, not too good right? Got me scared now lol

No bueno! Not good at all lol although its not uncommon for our cars to have knock stock. Time for a tune up and some mods!

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

If I nail it from a 20 roll I get 5-6 right when it shifts. If full throttle on the highway around 3. So far just colder plugs, wires, thermostat and open cone. No pulley or headers yet, headers right after xmas

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

Also from a 20 roll, when it down shifts I'm at about 10 pounds of boost, lil high for stick right? I'm running 93 octane

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

Its stock, of course the factory manifolds dont flow well.

And I assume the temp is well below 40º, colder air, more boost.

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

Problem: You dont need colder plugs for a stock pulley.

All GTPs stock right out of the factory.

My car, just about 100% stock, saw 8* KR at the top of second.

I typically see between 6 - 7* at the same point on average.

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

The reason I did the 104's is because of the fact that in the next month headers and pulley and tune will be added to the car. It's at 95k so I knew plugs were going to be coming soon, and I didn't want to switch out plugs then just do it again in a month. I'm guessing that wasn't the smartest idea lol. And yea I see 6* max at the top of second, and as far as intake air temp it was about 30-25 degree out that night. So colder air, which is more dense, equals more boost lol.

Yup plugs to cold. Copper usually only last for 5k or so then I swap them out. Our plugs are easy enough to do plus you'll probably be pulling them out anyways when you do headers >_<.

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

That's a good point... leaving them in to do headers is asking for a cracked plug.

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

copper plugs should last a lot longer than 5K i had 20K on mine when i swapped them and they looked fine.

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

Is it worth it to take em out and put the cheapies in there for now? Or leave what I got and baby it? Gotta do coolant elbows this week lol

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

Ok I might just do so, and gotta love walking into advance auto parts and they have the dorman elbows hanging on the shelf lol

Re: Déjà vu..... updated a tad..

I had 6kr stock its pretty normal...downpipe dropped it to around 4kr...HPT tune eliminated all Kr...now I am running a 3.5 without kr...headers, rockers, and Tune FTW
