mods, feel free to move this if need be.
the link for my build thread is in my sig...

but yeah, i'm thinking about selling the grand prix. i could use what i get out of it to pay off my firebird and not have a car payment, and my insurance would drop too. plus the firebird needs tires and some other stuff. i just feel like i'm never gonna get the damn thing running again. my only hope is to wait another month till i get my license back and take it to a shop for tuning work, plus a new tranny pan gasket, oil pan gasket, probably a front cover gasket, and some new vacuum lines, and i might as well just have them do the new exhaust and radiator. it won't idle for sh!t, i get misfires at all rpms, i don't have tools to bleed the cooling system right, especially because its leaking coolant. but on the other hand, it's got so much value behind it. it's the first car i've ever modded, and i wanna see it done from start to finish, just to prove to myself, and my dad, that i can actually do something right and not back out. so basically, it makes no financial sense to keep it, but it would tear me apart to sell it. any thoughts?

I would personally keep it and finish it. I think you would be extremely happy with the finished results. How ever if you really cannot afford it.. then you should get rid of it.

Finish it!! It'll be faster than the firebird anyway lol. I might be heading down that way next weekend if you still want my radiator.

i think i'm gonna take it to PRJ when i get my license back if taz is nice enough to let me borrow his car hauler and my dad lets me borrow his truck. there's nothing else i can do with it at my house except throw a new radiator and transmission pan gasket in it. possibly the oil pan gasket. dsmuts, you have my number right? let me know when you're coming down this way and we can work something out

i couldn't sell the firebird if i wanted to lol. so much fun having a rwd car... plus it's loud, tears up the street, and has t-tops :) i'll probably put some money into it and make it a nice summer car

you won't be the only one lol. i will be, and i think my girlfriend will be even more pissed than me lol. it'll have to be finished before it gets sold anyways, and if i finish it i'm going to keep it
