Thanks. I think I'll either drive it till it falls in half or if i get bored i might fix the rust and see how many miles she'll go.

Not really it say's perf shift which stands for performance shift. It's always on in my car.

That's interesting. I have always seen that indicator in the DIC on the GTP models. Does yours not have the digital DIC?

Well I got to looking today and saw that my strut towers are getting pretty bad so I'm thinking I'm gonna start looking for a good 98+ gtp or gs with a blown motor or trans.

I drive over big bumps all the time and it doesn't even phase it. I'm just waiting for someone to hit me so it can get totalled out and i can get a new one.

How did you fasten the gutter guard in there?
I've heard of people using zip ties, but I'm not real crazy about drilling holes in the bumper just to hold that on.
I was thinking of only doing it on the bottom, but Idk if that would look stupid or not?
Maybe if I painted them a black chrome to kinda match the uppers?

I have my torque stars on there now that I put on for winter and I like these a lot better and I was thinking about maybe painting them bronze or gunmetal but I'm not sure what to do with it right now any input?

Gun Metal would look awesome. I was looking over your thread and noticed your lower rocker panels were rotted out, I have the same problem on my passenger side. People tell me nice ride till they see under it LOL.

Yeah there isn't anything left of mine on either side. I'm getting some pretty bad rust on my quarters too. It sucks but it isn't worth the cost to fix it so I'll just drive it and enjoy it until I find another.

My abs wheels were peeling pretty good and I got the torque stars off my parts car so they didn't cost me anything at all :D Thought about painting the abs wheels but the t*'s are lighter and have better tires so I think I'll just keep them on there.
 


Might wanna run a bead of silicone around them. Mine started fogging up before winter so I took them off to dry and seal them up. Haven't put them back on yet, so Idk if its a cure but I thought I'd try it.
