Me and some friends went to sonic today. Saw a mustang, 350z, and jetta parked next to each other. I was like oh maybe they will race. So a bit later a walked up and asked what they had. The loudmouth of the group was like I have the boosted jetta and the z has lots of mods. I'm like Idc I'll race anyone haha well I'm like dude what's the mustang got. Kid replies kinda shamefully, a v6 I'm like cmon let's race man but he was like no no I don't wanna get busted so I was like ugh whatever so it was set I was gonna race the turbo jetta. So he wouldn't run me from a dig but oh well so we went on the highway. Needless to say from a 55 roll he doored me by five or six cars. I was sad.. I even hit my limiter. Whatever I'm n/a and auto he is boosted and standard, but the way back I kept up by half a car from a 65 roll. Ahh I need more money for mods lol
 


those jettas are still slow unless he had a bunch of exhaust and a good tune. just being chipped with an intake and a catback would still dust you in your GT though.
 


ya i cant friday now either lol but lets do saturday, im willing to drive all the way down or we can meet half way. or meet at the philly outlets or somethin. then back to exeter and chill at sonic
 
lol why the fukk did you race a turbo'd motor from a 55 roll....30 roll ftw....no highway for these cars they are far from highway kings, the turbos rule the highways (only speaking from riding for some races in my buddies evo) gp+highway=epic fail!
 
Well there are crazy amounts of cops near sonic, he refused to race from a dig. We went to a highway that has no place for cops to sit and the speed limit is 55 soo ya. He admitted I wouldve won from a dig
 
I would have stopped on the highway. At least waited for traffic to die down and use what powerband you got ;)
 


Oh I wanted too but it was only nine o clock so there was a decent amount of cars:(
Don't worry though I'll race that kid again from a dig and win lol
 
Oh lol idk where limerik is ha. Do people race there? Cause where I live people do all the time. But it doesn't matter to me. And it was the jetta that's more rounded, not the boxy ones
