While I can't argue that the service manager probably didn't know what's going on....if you've read anything here, you'd know that they don't service parts on the blowers at the dealership, including a pulley. So I hardly see what makes him a tard for not knowing where to start regarding your pulley.
Far as the filter goes...if it's an oil bath filter, then they do cause issues with the MAF, since people tend to over oil them, or they come with too much oil.
Hardly seems like the guys fault is all I'm saying.
Ive only been here and owned a GP for less than 30 days so I didnt know or have read that the dealership doesn't service s/c parts. The service manager said that they can order the new pulley and do the swap so they must have the ability to do so.
My major problem with the SM is his arrogance and the way he talked down to me like i didnt know what i was talking about even after i clearly proved that i had a pretty good knowledge of cars and i had done some research on this one in particular
