I was wondering how the customer service is at dhp. I bought a zzp pcm a little while ago and the customer service sucked.I could never get anybody to answer my calls or emails.I would like to know if anyone's had any problems ordering a pcm from dhp.The reason zzp messed my order up was because i wanted performance shift enabled,but the shiftpoints to be limited to 5k(high mileage motor)I basically want to choose when i want firm shifts.Any info would be very helpful,thanks.
 


first mistake was even considering a PCM from zzp. but i have heard nothing but good thnigs about DHP
 
ZZP pcms arent that bad... Ive seen a trend on this forum putting them down. I had a few issues with some of the early ZZP pcms but havent seen problems since.
 
Actually...there was a recent ZZP PCM that toasted a car in KS...but since DHP is no longer in business, they won't custom tune your shift points...I'm pretty sure...your going to need a local to tune the car for you. That'd be easier. And shifting 1000 rpm less on a higher mileage motor isn't going to save it...just a side note. Just get a regular DHP PCM from 3800 Performance...and don't beat on it...hows that for saving your motor?
