Crunching sound

OK while I do have a GP GT the problem is with my other vehicle 2001 Chevy venture Warner brothers addition When sitting still or traveling very slow (like parking or pulling out of a spot) The front wheel gives a crunching sound used to only happen when turning right now it happens left or right. Any ideas? I am thinking wheel hub Thanks
