cruise control works but no indicator light?

The manual stated there should be a lighted icon on the cluster when the cruise control is set. When I set it, I don't see it at all. When I turn the car on and all of the test light comes up, the cruise control light also does not light up. Either it's burned out or my car doesn't have it at all.

Wondering how can I get there to check if it is a burned out indicator bulb? The whole dash seems to be put together with lots of snap connector or hidden fastener and I don't want to break the dash just to check one bulb. A how-to guide on removing the panel would be good.

cruise indicator does come up on DIC. The manual I was reading didn't make that clear and seemed to imply the icon comes on the cluster with other icons and not on DIC only.

This is solved. Still not used to having separate DIC
