Couple mod decision questions?

Hey guys just curious on a couple of things, I'm in the decision making process of doing a couple things to the car. I already got a full size i/c, ported lim&s/s, 1.9 modded rockers wit L76 springs, sd headers with stock piping to magnaflow mufflers, 3.1 pulley, wizaird cai.
Now #1 I wanna get a shift kit. Ive herd intense is good, I already have a zzp kit I got on black friday but I haven't herd to many good things about them from wut ive seen. Should I go with intense would zzp be fine or is there better kit than intense that I dnt know of?
#2 im wanting to get that stock pipe out of there after the headers and I was thinkin about doing 3" off the down pipe from the speed daddys back to a glasspack to a 2.5" Y to my mufflers. Is the 3" to big for my setup, does the piping size after my sd headers really matter at my stage?
And finally #3 im going to be getting Poly dogbone mounts (both round and square ones), but ive herd you dont want the Poly bushings for the trans or "lower" engine mount and you only want to use solid rubber. Is this true and I assume if it is, is it because of vibration only or why else?
Also if Theres anything else you would recommend to do instead of these or somthin else partially cheapish to go with anything give please throw it out there im still kinda undecided with things
Im just trying to get some more things in quick before I have one of the guys on here tune it for me. I've already done some of my own research with stuff but im still indecisive/unknowing of some things so I figured what better way to figure it out than jump on here and ask some people smarter than me with it all answers/opinions/ theorys are appreciated. Hope to hear some stuff soon thanks guys.

Transgo makes a really good kit but intense or ZZP will work.

3" down pipe is a good choice. If you decide to mod anymore in the future, that's one less thing you'll have to worry about.

Poly lowers will vibrate the heck out of you but you'll have nice crisp shifts.

Since you already have the zzp shift kit might as well throw it in instead of buying another one and spending more money.
