Coolant leak when Intercooler is installed, Help!

What if it's condensation because the IC core acts as a heatsink. What has been the temp and humidity level when you've done these swaps? That and just regular condensation from the exhaust warming up then cooling down drawing in moist air from these short runs. It's far fetched but the vids show so little vapor. I had more than that this morning.

YouTube burning coolant. Matter of fact , spy vs spy cars when you want a smoke screen behind your car, they tap the exhaust pipe and use a windshield wsher type system and inject coolant into the hot the exhaust pipe. 100% smoke cloud

crappy video - http://youtu.be/AKXbZFl1Yec

It was about 65 degrees out, and 30% humidity when i took that video, i know without the ic installed at that temp i would not see anything from the exhaust.
Also the previous time i took the IC off, the first time i started that car i did not have any white smoke.

This is really starting to grind my gears!

OK so i let the engine warm up and took it for a drive. I did not see any smoke from the exhaust this time. Got pretty far into boost as well and i did not see any smoke. 72 degrees here with 32% humidity.

Am i really this dumb? Going to take it out again for a bit of a longer cruise and log my data to see who its running.

Well let's see what happens, but when we do something and think something is amiss then we get hypersensitive about how things operate. The only thing that clues me in was that we have servo motors that are enclosed in an enclosure that's tighter than a frogs but we kept getting water in them. The motors run about 140* in a 40* room that gets hot water and sanitizer sprayed on everything the freezer takes several hours and the humidity is near 100%. The motors are off and cool this drawing in moisture because of the pressure differential.

Well drive it around for a while and seems to be running fine, no smoke now. Filled it up with coolant and took it for a test drive and no smoke!!!

Going to be keeping an eye on the coolant levels and what not for a while now. But for now thanks to everyone that helped me get it running!
