Yeah man, it'll probably grow on you, mine has. I need some spacers still for the engine n trans mounts but I'm not in too big of a rush I guess. Here's mine with a side shot. You didn't have a strait side shot of yours, but I'm sure it's about the same.

Yours isn't as bad as mine. I'd like mine to sit like that lol. I also have like 150lbs of crap in the trunk that weighed it down about half a finger, so it's about a quarter inch higher than the pictures.
 
I have a system that weighs a lil but it used to be 28.5" in rear n now I think it's 29". I took measurement pictures, just never put them up in my thread. Did you measure before n after or no? Because I'm sure it's a difference for 04+ n your years.

All the springs are uneven in my opinion. Sure some might be closer, but I think it looks worse when the a $$ is sagging lower than the front

Texas must have the magic touch cuz his DNAs in his pics look great. Might have to ride em out for a while. My SSCs are an even 2 fingers front and back. The way the fenders are cut gives the impression of ass droop, but still has a slight rake. at least on my 04
If I had that high rear I'ld probably be so ticked I'ld break out the sawzall on those springs as an experiment. The main reason I bought SSCs is I didn't want to gamble on the maybe they will be even factor with dna. Regardless Conrad and GT both have awesome looking whips

Haha yeah, Texas has ssi springs so idk if them are the same as ours or what?? His looks nice and even tho for sure. N I think the 04+ are a little more even n better drop on the ssc springs. You have an 04? Do you have any pics of yours lowered? N thanks for the compliment:)

But what would be the difference in the drop being its an 04???

Well they drop more in our years than the earlier years. Theres only 1 or 2 pics of the ssc's in the lowering thread for our years. I just like seeing a variety! Thanks spazzz, n you need a members thread id like to see it lol:cool:
 
Yup, I can't find my cheap azz springs on ebay anymore, they are SSI and were $67 free shipping. I only have one sub in my trunk, still worried that the azz will start to sag eventually, but I gives no fvcks after paying $67. Hope yalls springs settle more, if not.....might be time for experiments aka light cutting of sorts.
 
I got off the phone (15 mins ago) with a person named Josh at SSI, he said that the springs I bought for $67 were a close out deal from a 50 unit LOT. They are NOT staying in the lowering spring market anymore cause of all the competition and will not continue making SSI springs for the W-Bodies or any other vehicle. So I must have gotten lucky when I bought mine. Just thought I would share this info.
 


Got my high beams working! About time. Swapped the relay boxes I had. I think I also messed up the harness I had before, because I tried both relay boxes with that harness.

Also, I think my rear end dropped a little more, it's looking better than in the latest pictures. But I think the front also dropped a bit, it's at a finger and a half gap.
