I break things.
Not really, a better picture would help...
It almost looks like it's attached to the trans somehow. lol

thats doing 100% nothing.
and wtf is up with the upper rad hose? get a new one that fits right.
fixing that belt rub the right way is going to take a good amount of work. the idea behind the fill port is that by having it high in the system, it will be easier to bleed the air out of the system, but that location is bad for obvious reasons. if it was my car, I would completely reroute the intercooler hoses.
I wouldn't mind doing a complete reroute for the hoses eventually so I can familiarize myself more with the system and clean it up a bit. Think a quick temp fix for the rub could be resolved bumping up the pulley size or just a waste of money? Assuming I measured correctly...the pulley diameter is 2 3/4 inches across...would that be like a 2.8? I have only got into higher boost twice with the car and do believe I feel quite a bit of slippage as well and figured a larger pulley may help there as well.
well being its rubbing means it needs to be re done.
the cheapest temp fix would be to take the supercharger belt off.
the other thing I noticed is that small diameter hose that seems to come off the fill port area, I would hate to think that it is actually part of the intercooler coolant flow hoses.
