So i got a new laptop a few months ago with windows 7 and i am trying to burn a MP3 disk with music from limewire. i open limewire, open media player, click burn disc. problem is that it wont let me drag and drop files from limewire to media player like i could with vista, XP, etc etc.. ive searched google and found nothing on how to burn a cd. how do i burn a CD lol

i was in the process of downloading it from btjunkie but it was goin slow as hell... was gonna restart DL when i go to bed. but whats up with windows 7 and limewire?

Are you trying to drag directly from the limewire program window into WMP?

I can imagine that probably wouldn't work. They made a lot of changes in WMP12, mostly removing all the features that made 11 cool as far as I can tell.

I haven't burned a CD in so long, I've forgotten how. I'd think you would have to add the music files to a playlist in WMP directly from the folder that limewire saves to. (browse for them from within WMP)

Yea when you right click on the music from the limewire library, there should be an option to open where it is saved. Then you can see it in the folder and probably then drag and drop it into WMP. If you can't do that either, just right click>open with and select windows media player. At least that's how I would go about it.
