The manufacturer code read came up when I did a read on my 3.8l. What does this mean

A Pontiac grand prix 3.8l v6. All it's said was manufacturer code and yes the cel is on

manufacturer code mean nothing to any one reading this, its of no help. post the damn code or move on.

Code's come in is a P0XXX number, try a different scan tool if the one you are using give you no code number.
