Cobras: need to know for sure

I'm looking at some local Cobras for a really good price. Rims are 17x8s with a 30mm offset I believe, supposed to come off a 98. Couldn't find much searching but these fit no issue right?
 


no that will fit perfect.... will fit very similar to my bullits (17x9 +38mm offset im getting) i had +26 17x9 cobras on previously and 255's touched....not rubbed and i didnt wanna donwsize and stretch a skinny tire on there so im switching ....if i was running those you are golden
 
Good to know, I suppose these would be the best ones to use if I am lowered to? I figure it would matter how much I lower to.
 
they should be good lowered might have to roll the fenders tho....im gonna be tucking those bullits on eibachs ...
 
All I did is google the year/size and that's what I found. It could be different, haven't even looked at them yet and I suppose that the offset is stamped on the inside of the rim?
 


ooh, wait. are they the 99 cobras? those actually fit perfectly and look TITS. i was on the hunt for a set for a while, but they are pretty rare.
 
Well 98s from what I'm told, hoping to go look at them tomorrow, guy only want $200 and they look real clean, even has tires which I could drive on but better to be replaced.
