Clicking sound

I went to drive around in my 01 gt. upon starting her up. I noticed a loud clicking noise. It doesn't sound like a valve slapping or anything like that. I opened the hood and it sounds like it is coming directly from the alternator. So I did drive it till it was warm and it was more faint but the noise was still there. Any ideas?
 


Also make sure it's not the evap purge solenoid, mine is quite loud and normally runs when first starting the car. You'll know if it's that because it's not relative to RPM's.
