Chrsmi1's Comp G S1x build

Hey guys, I've been on the site a while and I finally decided I better get with the times and do a build thread on my S1x build. I've had my car since January of 2013, got her unmolested(I'm assuming) from a dealership with around 70k. I didn't do anything to her besides an open cone till last summer when the mod bug bit.
In August I got SD headers put on, redid my intake, upgraded my thermostat and plugs, got a 3.5 mps, and got a canned tune from Overkill. All this made the car quicker, but unfortunately as everybody here knows, once the bug bites it doesn't stop.
So in December I bought a set of 42.5# injectors off a member here and made the switch to E85. I did this just by switching the injectors to the bigger sized ones and throwing in E85, no tune required. Car loves E85 and has run great on it since.
With the corn i was able to drop to 3.3 pulley and, at least for me, she was officially fast. Probably a mid to high 13 sec car with a good launch. I never got to find out as it's winter and all the tracks just opened back up here (Raleigh NC) last week or so.
So....

Needless to say I decided sometime in the last few weeks I was going to attempt to cam the car myself. I posted a few cam choice questions on the board and after searching for a while i found a deal on a slightly used S1x cam out of the great white north. I bought it from a guy on the pennocks fiero forum early last week. I also got 105# springs, new retainers, valve seals, gaskets, timing chain, etc. The usual cam build stuff, including zzp's cam install kit.

SO that's where i'm at now. I'm trying to do the install this weekend but unfortunately the most important piece i've ordered, the CAM, hasn't come yet. I'm pretty handy mechanic wise so i'm confident I can do the install with my brother in laws help.
This is how it looked yesterday before we started.

We put in 5 or so hours of work and this is how it was when we called it for the day

I'll be posting more photos straightaway and i'm sure i'll be asking questions when it comes time to tune it (i bought and Avt box and got the DHP software so i could do it myself).
Wish me luck

So, it took me a week and help from several members of this forum. But, my new cam, springs, retainers, seals, timing chain, dampner, and every new gasket known to man are installed. Started up great, and with my 7xxish idle (don't worry, i bumped it up after initial startup) it sounded godly. A cam through magnaflow mufflers sounds badass btw.

Not yet. I'm working on that, bigger injectors, and a 2.8. That's my overall goal. I got a fuel pump and a rewire as well but i'm a little sketchy on the pump install in an 04. Then again I did just install a cam so maybe with a few questions here i'll be able to figure it out.

Old Dyno Numbers. On a 3.0, E85, cam, etc. With a ton of knock. I'm now on 93 and a 3.25. Going back tomorrow to see the difference. NO knock this time though. Hoping for 270whp+
