I'm probably in the wrong thread, if I am I apologise.
After going through nearly a 100 diferent pages on various threads , I can't find how to reset the oil life moniter. I have seen it herre in the past but with so many like threads and posts I feel like I'll be searching blind for another hour! Please help. Thanks in advance

If you have the DIC........don't you just press and hold the reset button on the DIC? I am not 100% positive, but I thought that is how it worked.
 
All newer GM's have a quick reset for dummys. Key in forward position engine off push the accelerator pedal 3 times in fairly rapid succession and oil life will reset.
