Drop the exhaust and check for a clogged cat, because thats your problem. Mine did the same thing. Would idle fine, but would just buck and jump in gear.
 
I've been following this thread and I am just wondering....how does one "check for a clogged cat" by dropping the exhaust? Can you tell just by looking at it?
 
look inside of it and c if its falling in2 pieces on the inside i guess. i got mine fixed. oil pressure sensor.
