Car Stalling Question

Hey all, Ive been around the forum for a little while but this is the first time I have asked anything here.

Basically I have a 99 GTP 3.8 S/C and when I start it up I have to give it some gas to get going. If I dont pump on the gas at the initial startup it wont start. Sometimes (like once every few weeks) Ill attempt to start the car and even after pumping the accelerator it wont start. After about 5 minutes minutes it will finally kick in.

I thought it might be a fuel filter clogged but even after changing that it still does this...Could this be dirty injectors or my guess is fuel pump?

could be a fuel pump or the fuel pump relay.

bend the tab on the relay.....see if that works
