when i am going down the road my car jerks like u are drivin a standard....and it sometimes does not want to shift gears or it feels like the gear slips after i am going down the road i have taken it to a shop an they insist nothing is wrong but it still does it any ideas why??
 


it jerks after i have shifted. when i put it drive or reverse and i take off it will jerk and then sometimes a few minutes later it jerks
 
sounds like your tranny is slipping and then jerking into gear.........are your tranny fluid levels good? When was the last time you had a tranny pan drop and filter change? If your levels are good and your filter is relatively new your tranny is probably on its way out.......... What year make model and miles do you have?

yeh gl with that i have a 06 and ive had 2 trany's put in it so far and the 3rd one is on its way out the first one went out a 32k nd one at about 45k and now its got over 99k on it almost to 100k dose it still slip after its warmed up or just when u first start it up
 
it does it off and on sometimes it will right after i put it in gear and other times a lil ways down the road.yea my husband checks all that but it never happens when he drives it of course
 


get the filter changed now before it is too late unless you have already done so within the last five to ten thousand miles.
