Air temp sensor is going in the lim now. Just waiting on the sensor to get here, no I just have to get all the blue paint off and repaint it.

consider me dumb (cuz its true)... but why air sensor in the lim??

To get the true intake temps and base the timing off of that rather than having a temp sensor pre blower before it gets all heated up, and taking a random guess at how hot the air really is. It's basically all for tuning purposes.

thought as much... hope its a good sensor, because it can pick up radiant heat off the engine which will throw off readings..

worst case you could compare inlet to lim temps and see the variable to decide if its even worth it..

Exactly. It took 5 minutes to do at work and the sensor was $20, so if it doesn't end up working oh well.
