If there is no one infront of you, and you look in your review and it appears you are leading a parade, it might be time to consider tow things:
1. - Everyone else is happy at your pace
2. - Everyone is praying you get off the road
Again, in winter weather, I understand driving slow and driving cautiously. But too many times I see people driving say 25 in a 35, clear visibility, some snow on the ground, cars in front of them moving about 30+ without problem and bumper to bumper traffic behind them. I just scratch my head and wonder if that one person at the head of this parade should be on the road or not. Some may say "yes, because they are the only sane person on the road", but most of my experiences were "no, despite the snow on the ground, driving conditions were safe up to posted limits".
