• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Cant people slow down?!?

it doesnt mean anything actually. my car drives just as bad as my grand prix did in the snow. the grand prix was heavier so it might have actually been better. however, get some winter tires on this thing and i bet its a beast.

awd means more traction can be used for acceleration.

Also if the vehicle has the proper electronic stability control it'd be easier to drive on the edge.

Thats what you can do to make them all slow down

If there is no one infront of you, and you look in your review and it appears you are leading a parade, it might be time to consider tow things:
1. - Everyone else is happy at your pace
2. - Everyone is praying you get off the road

Again, in winter weather, I understand driving slow and driving cautiously. But too many times I see people driving say 25 in a 35, clear visibility, some snow on the ground, cars in front of them moving about 30+ without problem and bumper to bumper traffic behind them. I just scratch my head and wonder if that one person at the head of this parade should be on the road or not. Some may say "yes, because they are the only sane person on the road", but most of my experiences were "no, despite the snow on the ground, driving conditions were safe up to posted limits".

maniac, here theres either 6 inches or more on the roads or its all gone because its been plowed by traffic/plows.

I will admit, my view is subjective to my region. Having 6 inches unplowed is not fun to drive in. My area is usually pretty good about being plowed/salted.

not in snow :)

In snow you want the wheels to lock up for shorter stopping distances.

You still wont have control though.

locking the brake is stupid no matter the conditions my brother slammed into a parked car cause he did that u want them to pump so if it does find trac it stops and not skid

coefficient of static friction is greater than the coefficient of kinetic friction. That's all you need to know.
