• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Can u make your supercharger louder without an intake?

Thanks for taking my picture of my own ported blower.

That is a GenIII...a stock GenV outflows a fully rebuilt and ported GenIII...GenV's aren't supposed to be ported and the ones that have been have shown flow issues compared to a stock one...they were done right from the factory with the right epoxy coating on the rotors...buy one...don't mess with it.

over done from my limited experience.

ZZP style works better.

I had 0-1* KR with the pic you posted and I've yet to see any KR with my ZZP style port job.

I am new at this, but I don't see a lot of difference between this and what his looks like. Looks like maybe his triangle is slightly wider at the bottom, but it does not go down as far. Is there really much difference between them?

the angle is KEY.

Just take a ruler and line it up with the stock lines and extend them up and down then add a nice bevel to everything and you're done.

what squares? WTF ARE YOU ON?

you'll end up removing the bolt holes but just use shorter bolts and problems sovled.....

Must be a minor difference, or I am looking looking close enough. I thought about porting mine while it was off for the LIM, but decided not to since I don't know enough about it.

I am also experiencing a little grumbling, mostly at idle, but it is also a little a little rough sounding at full throttle. I pulled the belt and it seems slightly quiter, but did not entirely go away. I am wondering if I need a coupler, and what coupler is considered the best. Is the zzp the way to go, or are there better/cheaper couplers?

Get Oil from your local GM dealer...2 bottles of it.

Get a coupler from ZZP...done.

Is the zzp oil not good? It is cheaper than GM, and would be easier to get everything at one place.

Also, is there a way to test/check the coupler before replacing it or without pulling the snout?
