Finally got em on. Gonna be pickin up some 2 piece slotted rotors and ss lines here soon. But they are on and boy do they make stopping happier. The vette calipers are lighter then the stockers and hell even the oem f body rotors are lighter then the stock prix rotors.

Love it! I would like to find some vette calipers for a reasonable price so I can put them on the GTP and move the F-body's to the Regal
 
Found mine on ksl for 100 bucks. Its like a local craigs list type thing. Dude switched em at the dealership cuz he wanted red ones....so I just painted them haha
 
Did the install go smoothly? I just won a set on ebay last night....I've seen the write-up, just wondering your personal experience with them.
 


Noo pics are randomly thrown together. And the insall is pretty much straight swap out. Need f body calipers, pads, banjo bolt and rotor. Then some bushings for the brackets bolts. Everything bolts up
 


c5/c6 is the same... just says corvette on the C6 calipers.

No one uses C5 or C6 rotors either.

F body/ 12" W body rotors.

GXP's are nice, F body caliper essentially with a 12.7" rotor that all bolts right up.
 
my c5's said and say corvette on them....even before paint. and the gxp's are sweet brakes, actually was gonna gonna go that route but this ended up being cheaper. and the rotors i have on order are c5 rotors, tad bigger, way lighter
 


no worries. the only thing i remember is the c6 uses a larger rotor and a different bracket iirc, they will fit but it takes work. these outside of the shims is direct swap. only reason im goin with the c5 rotors is weight and brakes are the one of two things i refuse to go cheap on, so if im doing vette calipers, im doing vette rotors. probably no "real" advantage though
