Buzzing noise no start

Hey went to start my mom 99 gp se and it turned over and caught then died and just started making a buzzing noise. Sounds like a fan running but engines fans are not running
 


Replaced starter now is all good. Expect now I have no tachometer, temp, rpm, or fuel gauge working. Rpm, tach, and temp gauge all stay at zero. Fuel gauge stays where it was at
