• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Branson 2011



I hope it works out that way where there can again be a new yearly gathering. I wish the Iowa get together the best on that.

well for one, i can't be at IAGP as bad as I want to be, since i have to frikken graduate. so it would be nice if Branson happened so i could still go to a meet once in my life lol
 


That sounds like a pretty good plan to me, i mean i am sure that we have plenty of people that would like to go to Branson again we just need to get together work out details and set things up so that we can do it in the fall

I like a challenge so i will try and see what i can do...of course i am sure that i will have to find others to help me out, to make it a little easier

Yea either have I 2 years ago i was going to go but was forced to have to work and last year i wanted to but they didn't have it
 


The end of the Branson meet didn't mean we couldn't still go there.

Last year several of us drove on out there, stayed in the same host hotel, and just kinda a fun little vacation doing stuff, and driving around every day on the hilly, windy roads.

We had fun, no big groups to wait on, decide on what to do next, then just went in a moments notice.

What would be fun, is a road trip to Vegas. I have always wanted to cruise the strip in my GTP someday before I die, drive out and see Hoover Dam too. I would feel comfortable taking my modified car on a trip that far. I know she would do great and hold up well. The fall would be the best time to go too IMO.

Vegas never really struck me as a good place for a car meet. If I was in Vegas, I would probably try to avoid vehicles as much as possible.
 
meh Vegas is too far and i'm not going to vegas unless i got some kind of piece of plastic that allows me to have a drink with an unbrella hangin out of it!

on the other hand, i'm all for branson and would even be willing to help plan it. :)
