Branson 2011



It's not about the shows dude...there is massive drinking...racing...etc...its just like Bryant's meet...but in our state.

I'm actually from springfield missouri.... -.-
the problem here is there isnt a single track day race track anywhere nearby and the only drag strip is outside the city limits, but the cops here are pretty sparsely placed so ive managed to break 150 on one of the longer back country roads, not in my gp of course. Branson sounds great I really want a chance to see everyone else's cars in person.

We actually run at Ozark International when we go...only thing I hate about it is the bumpy ass back half of the 1/4...after 100 mph it gets kinda sketchy...only good thing is it is downhill a bit too.
 


So is there any new info on Branson? I went to the 1st and 2nd event but havent been since. I'm lookin forward to goin again. I get to drink and talk car most every day, she disappears at the Outlets.. Everybody is happy :th_winking:

That was the web site, and was checking on this earlier in the week, and thought my computer, or my connection was bad, cause it gave me the error, can't find the site. Guess the sire was deleted/removed cause I asked about it on the local forum, and they had the same problem. Maybe I'll give Chris a call tonight, and see whats going on with that.

So, no Branson this year, and by the looks of things, maybe no more Branson all together. That might have been the end of it folks. :(

Puffffffffft, you can't replace Branson. That's like saying the Branson meet replaced GPG. Which many of us said, so I see/know what you mean.

The Iowa Meet doesn't have my interest at all so far.
