brake pedal goes to the floor

On my way to work this morning my brake pedal went to the floor. Almost hit somebody. With out taking it apart would anybody know what to look for? I just put new rotors and brakes on it a month ago. All was good this morning. Not sure what happened. Please give me your advise. Thanks in advance.

Start the car and with it in park...pump the ever loving crap outta the brakes.. look underneath for a puddle.

If it's intermittant and there is no puddle. The master cylinder is likely the problem.

This happened to me and i blew a line under the rear driver door where the brake and gas lines run. It's rust city right there.

The line under the car is broken. Just about underneath the driver seat. So looks like a good time to just put a new one in. Here we go.

Plan on doing both the rear lines... I spliced in just after they make the bend at the master cyl, and ran new lines from there to the calipers.

thanks for the feedback guys. I do plan on replacing the whole line. Never done this job before, but i have the knowledge on how. I will post when I get finished.

found the leak. lines are rusty. I want to replace both. should I splice into them under the car or run all new from under the hood? But I am going to invest in a flair tool. Might have to do this job on my 96 Camero convertable.
