see the two water pump bolts over the idler pedestal? maybe thats where your long bolts goes.

Let's skip the suspense.... Dan already told you it goes on the back of the SC by the TB for the egr bracket/sc. That to threaded part will take a 10mm nut. The short one, I've seen it.. it's a 15mm head. Likely a mount bolt on the driverside the aluminum piece the dogbone goes into on the motor.
 
More worried about the leak right now anyway haha I parked it out behind the shop for tonight and said fvck it got class at 630
 


Well its got new LIM gaskets timing chain cover gaskets water pump coolant elbows and is about to get tires hope she'll run for awhile now haha
 


Well so far I've drove it for a day and this morning it runs like sh! T and it quit on me awesome. I gota get rid of this thing
 


Sounds like me it breaks and first thing I'm going to sell it screw it I'm done with this car nothing but problems.... Lol
