Blind peopel that blind you?

I'm tired of being blind by people that drive too close (especially at a drive-thru, cars with HID with stock housing BS), I was thinking of adding this to my back windshield, you think that will do the job? lol Any other ideas?

I had 13% on my last car then I got pulled over 12 times in 2 weeks, so I got rid of the tint. oh yea and I got a tick for illegal tint too.
