I don't understand the problem here...
Mild tint would fix the issue, don't have to black out the windows.
If someone is behind you for a long time, angle the rear view mirror, its not hard, it swivels. Children can do this effortlessly, man up.
Side mirrors shouldn't be angled for traffic behind you, they are for the side. When set properly you shouldn't see your car in them, much less anyone behind you. They are for the blind spot beside your car, adjust accordingly and you won't have problems there either.
When I'm in my car, I see cars behind me in the rear view, the left lane in the left mirror, and grass usually in the right. Unless 4wheelers or passing traffic is using HIDs I give no cares, just flip the button for the rear view and it goes away.
