No I don't I didn't know I needed one cause file pressure was good.

Its after 8-10 seconds of WOT does FP drop off on most of our cars, the FP rewire fixes that issue.

I'm thinking super lean as well. Did you put a lot of miles on the top swap? Over 200k is an old engine too. And only a 3.8 pulley? Why is everyone blowing up on 3.8? I'm trying to get to 3.6.

Yea I was hoping for the best my new one has 85k and no I only got about 350 miles on the top swap. And I meant write up all I can find are ones of people asking about benefits not how to.

Really guys? Running lean because of a ZZP tune? Give me a break. All canned tunes run rich as hell. ALL OF THEM. The canned tune had nothing to do with the engine popping.
Pistons will usually chip due to detonation, or a lean condition. (Which your tune had nothing to do with) You more than likely have some mechanical issue. The first thing I would check is your fuel pressure.

While I agree it is probably due to install error...
The canned PCM probably didn't help...as they are always just a band-aid until you get a real tune. If the OP thought you could get away with a canned PCM on a top swapped car, well...
then, lol.

Most likely mechanical issue.. Tuning is extremely hard to screw up.
