Jason, Sorry to hear that you cant make it this year, but I know all to well about how things can crop up and put a wrinkle in the best made plans. If you can shoot me your address I will make sure you get all your stuff, including the pre-registration prize.

I'm ditching school for a few days, working ahead so when I come back I will be right in with the rest of the class.

I'm taking a week off from work, cause, well, I need it....

Been setting some bank back some since LAST years event to pay for this years event...

Plus...making some really cool parts for my car in hopes they will be ready for this years event...(having some slight issues with the BIG project, but I'm working out one step at a time) its going to be down to the wire in hopes I get the bugs worked out where its installed and function able for the event.

Money is tight...but I'm still going. :th_thumbsup-wink::th_thumbsup-wink:

lol, i talked to him awhile about us going there and his replied was, "hell no" i guess he doesn't like to drive that far. he's more excite about going back to fort wayne in october to his heads P & P done. he's already making plan already
 
but you could talk him into delivering the heads early..... and that he will be in Branson... this next week...lol
 
he probably would, but i think dave's all booked up. we were out there 3 weeks ago and dave seem busy. he was working on another car when we got there. btw dave my father is very happy with the 3.29 gear got from you! not only that he's getting little cocky lately. he'll be walking in the house and ask me, "why is there always silver cavalier parking in the drive way.:th_wtf::th_shakinghead1:, lol.

We are leaving here on saturday for Branson, and damnit... this week is dragging by! I'M READY TO BE THERE!
 
I may or may not go. I have an IAC issue to figure out first. If I figure that out, i'll definatly be going.

Even though the car runs and drives fine I'd hate to take it that far out of town even with that minor issue....
 
I will be leaving work Weds after work and driving straight there. think I should be there by 10am ro so. I like driving at night....not a lot of people on the road.

I'm ready to go...almost. Waiting for my new alky nozzles to get here...should be today. And then I'm off to KCIR to see how they perform. Pending that I don't grenade the engine Friday night and go into a full blown engine swap over the weekend, I should be sitting pretty damn good by this time next week.
 
Well Danna's is all worked out and the new menu is posted.

I know money is tight this year for everyone, and I went a little haywire and spent a little more than I should have for pre-registration prize, so had to dole some out of my own pocket, but I can tell you if you had fun at the last 2 meets, you will have a blast at this one. Though we had a few hickups in the planning, it has really come together the last week.

Those of you that are coming, get ready for a GREAT time. Those of you that cant make it, start saving your money now, because next year is going to be bigger and better than ever. We try and do alot of things different about this event, such as not a dime is made by anyone other than the charity, and this event is geared to the average Joe/Jane that drives there car daily and have a blast with other people that have alot of the same interest. We also try to give you enough advance notice so that you can plan to attend, and plan to participate in the events as well as stockpile some money for the raffle. This year will be no different, as a matter of fact, we will do one better.

NEXT YEARS BGPM 2009 WILL BE SEPT 10th - 12th 2009

How is that for advance notice...hehe
