Best way to remove excess glue from badges?

hey guys i just removed all the badges on my car including the front pontiac emblem and i was wondering how to remove the excess glue?

Goo gone or i just use adhesive remover from 3m you can get it any hardware store or auto store. Rolling it with your fingers work too

WD-40 works like a champ or any kind of silicone spray. Just have to remember to use a clean part of the rag every so often as the glue builds up. Then clean with some Dawn and water to rinse residue and then throw some wax on.

Don't forget to throw some wax back over your naked paint.
