BCM problem

ok so i have a 1999 grand prix gt. and i had the motor rebuilt put all new parts on it and i was able to drive it for a while fine even put 1100 miles on it now it is having this issue where it will start and drive right down the road and die and sometimes it can go for miles or for feet before dying and sometimes it will start back up and other times it will take 1 or 2 hrs or even longer to start back up. i was wondering if i will have to replace the bcm and have it reprogrammed or if it could be another issue or a fuse or something? please help i'd really like to have my car back
 


no i replaced pretty much every part on the engine besides the block and head. with new parts had it all cleaned up and i've been talking to a few mechanics and all of them are saying that thats probably what it is. as far as throwing codes then im not sure

Codes meaning check engine lights...I mean...you can't be UNsure of those...either there is a SES light or not.
