AVS In- Channel Vent Visors?

Timing

New member
So i purchased a set from my work of the in channel because the stick on are ugly as hell imo. Tried putting them on and could get my windows to go up for the life of me without pulling the visor out to do so. I tried with the tape stickign to the inside and no matter what i did i couldnt get them to fit properly. So i wasnt about to have to push it out everytime i want to roll up my window, so i defected them out at my store and ordered 2 more sets to check fitment. Anyone have success with these and could help me out. Its my first time installing them so idk if its the way im going about it or they were defective.

I dont have the AVS ones but the WeatherTech ones are spot on!.. might want to try those instead j/k lol

but seriously.. post some pics so we can see what the issue might be, b/c the AVS and WeatherTech im sure are pretty much the same

I had to cut the corners on an angle to get the windows all the way up..

Put them on
Roll window up
Check where theyre hitting
Cut at an angle with razor or tin snips, just make sure you dont cut too much off so you can see that you cut them.

Ill look for pictures, but I never had a problem after that

Im hipnatized now from all those damn swirls!!! Lol :th_shakinghead1:

But why cut corners, literaly, when you can just get some that fit perfect

I ordered them from summit or somewhere. .so the hassle of sending back and all that wasnt worth it. Thats up close..from further back, you wouldnt be able to tell unless you knew.
