Are 97-03 brakes the same as 04+

I got a friend with a 99 gtp and he just put new rotors and pads on the front and back of the car. He wrecked a week later and the car will be totaled out. I was wondering if the front or back is the same as my 05 gtp. Cause I would like to swap them before the insurance takes his car.
 


the fronts are the same, the backs are not. " but " you can still use them. iirc you'll need his whole rear knuckle and maybe his brake cables for the e brake.
 
im sure if he took the rotor caliper and pads it would all fit fine.

i know Billbosst has the 04+ rear calipers and such on his regal. that came with the 97-03 gp rear set up.
 


lol i thought it was the other way around. f it then. 99 going on a 05 not worth it......whoops. reading is so over rated aint it?
