• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Anyone tried this before?

I searched around and couldn't find anything, so i photoshopped it myself. I saw someone did this with the torque stars recently so that inspired me to try it on these. Messed around with a couple colors:

Black:

Gold:

Gunmetal:

Im kinda torn because I really like the gold, but I would most likely do this in plasti dip, at least for right now, and from what ive seen the gold and gunmetal plasti dip look kinda lame..even with the glossifier..

I was never a fan of 16 inch rims being 2 different colors/finishes. 16's are small and look even smaller like that.
With that being said. Id paint them all gunmetal!

i've seen it done a few times and it never turns out how you'd want it to. just doesn't look right on those small of wheels and absolutely zero lip.

Ive Plasti-Dipped mine, just like the first pic.The guys above are correct,,,I just dont think it looks right. But,,,they'll work until I get my directionals powdercoated.

Bronze would look killer on on a gold GP. The black looks like **** cause they always make the wheels lose depth.

Gold on gold....literally. Im probably gonna have to refrain myself from plastidipping everything around the house.

Welp its all done! Ive rode on it for about a week and it seems to be holding up really well. It turned out great..really glad i added the metal flake even though you cant really see it in the pictures.. but it looks great in person. At first I wasnt too sure if i liked it but it has really grown on me.

Ill post up some more pictures in my member rides thread.
