anyone run an rx-8?

Year? Motor? I got a buddy with the 3.0 V6, intake, intake manifold, headers, custom exhaust, and tuned...it would prolly eat a stock GTP, it trapped a mid 14 IIRC on a hot day
 


hmmm....not bad i guess, he has the generation before the newest models...not the talon model but up one generation from that, GT model too i believe

hate to be an a**, but this thread is about rx-8's, don't hijack it and ask a random question about a car that wasn't mentioned at all in this thread, create your own. and as for the 00-04 eclipse gt/gts, they aren't bad, my buddy has one with intake/magnaflow exhaust, sounds great and pulls alright. probably no match for a GTP without any more serious mods. but end of that discussion haha.

and really man, the thread has been open for a little while, you problew have as many post as your gonna get, if not they can still chime in. its not gonna hurt anything to get a little off topic and you might just learn something new. let it slide man cause you cant provent it from happening

Haha I know, thought I'd kill two birds with one stone, while being a hipocryte :th_biggrin2:. Just wanted to put my own .02 in because it was already the new subject of the thread, then shoot it down. Haha.
 
yeh well ur .02 made u look like a real @**. there are other ways of handling situations like that. all u had to do was remind me, im a nice guy :\

I really think arguing on the internet is pathetic, but my .02 was an educated and first-hand answer to a question you asked, so that doesn't make too much sense. Sorry, had a bad day.
