225/45/17 not sure about the offset but im pretty sure these should fit no prob. I would like a wider wheel but for 200 with tires i might just scoop these up. Im not in love with them but im dying for new wheels.

they came of a mazda. I know 114.3 is stock offset but what degree of offset high/low would make it a problem to run a wheel on a gp?

ill let you do this one on your own:

go to 1010tires tire size calculator and compare the tire size you said was on the wheels with our stock tire size: 225/60/16. this will show you how much bigger or smaller the overall diameter of the tire is compared to stock. if its smaller than stock (which it is) your wheel gap will increase. smaller/bigger tires will also read differently on the speedometer.

in short: they will work, wheel gap will be more than stock, and your speedo will be 6.6% too fast.
