was on my way home from work when i see a civic lowered with rims and a giant pink wing. so i hurry up and catch up to em. and get side by side and hear the fart can rev. so i rev back and we both just gun. instanly i walked by em like they were sittin still. pull up to a light and they take off fast, so i speed up next to em again rev and we take off. walked by there ass again. pull up to the next light look over and realize its some chick with her boy in the car. hes just lookin at me smiling and she revs it. so i do it back. light turns green and we take off. i roasted em off the line and let them get a couple cars ahead. and gun it again and blew past them once again for the 3rd time in 10 mins. after i slowed down they did the ricer fly by. good drive home from work =].

I have a stock gt with a parking brake thats stuck btw
 


yeh it was pathetic not gona lie. because i know my car aint the fastest, but i guess that 500hp wing just wasnt kickin in this time =[

and last time I checked gtps only have 40 more horsepower...oh boy!! lmao
 
first gear in a gt is pretty nice dude. you get into second and there's a little left, after 70... yeah, there's nothing

Who gives a **** about a GTP?

We're talking about how slow a stock GT is, and well, it's slow.
 
that 40 HP difference is ALOT... ive owned a GT before... they are pretty slow.. GTP just a lil less slower.
 




I just bought my GTP a month ago after my GT got totalled by a Honda. I didn't think the GT was slow when I owned it. After driving my GTP though, I would guess much more than 40 HP difference if I didn't know better.

If you want to talk about slow, the SE is a dog. I had one for about 6 months and got rid of it. That engine shouldn't ever have been put in this car by GM.
