Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Another mod question

ILoveAudi

Never Be A Tim.
I'm just curious, not that I'd actually do it, but what would be the biggest mod to do to a 98 gtp with 170k on it. I mean it's in good shape as far as everything goes for being a 15 year old Ohio car. The engine runs fine and the tranny doesn't show any problems. I'm just curious. My retarded friend keeps trying to get me to dump a bunch of money in it. His reasoning is "All engines go at some point, so you might as well make it blow going fast" lol

Biggest gain would be a nice new suspension setup (LCA's, tie rods, ball joints, struts etc..) - Tell your buddy to go blow somebody fast

Make your own intake and keep on trucking and Take care of maintenance when it occurs. The moment you start doing serious mods is the moments **** starts going wrong and then your dumping more money into then you originally want to.

Unless your friend is giving you the money to mod...his opinion on what you should do to your car is irrelevant.

I know it is, I just thought his view on engines was funny. And I actually am starting the process of making my own hillbilly intake soon lol

slap some headers on and an intake and if you think your car can handle it then put a smaller pulley on the sc, like a 3.5. If you have a stock tranny then be wary though

nice mine went bad at 110k then i had got it bulit because at the time i was strapped for time, or i would have loved to worked on it myself
