Air Condition Issue...

Guys

I am having problem with my 2002 Grand Prix GT Air Condition. It use to blow cold air when I turn it to 2 but after sometime 2 did not work so I have to turn it to 3 and it was blowing cold air but then 3 is not working and now I have to turn it to 4. so what's going wrong ? Any Idea ?
 


Mine doesn't work on 1. Were is that resister? Can I just change out the ac control panel to fix it?
 
Thanks for the reply. So Blower motor resistor is gone or can we repair it ?
If I take to ant chain of store how much would it cost to repair it or how much would it cost to repair it ?
