ABS Modulator Valve

Hey all, I'm new to the site. I am Lee and have a problem with my car. I have an ABS modulator valve that needs to be replaced but cant seem to find a place that sells them and if they do, they are way to expensive for me at the moment. The previous owners that had the car, had a mechanic "repair" it but all he did was re-thread one of the ports for the brake lines and put in a bolt. Need some advice as to what to do.

so your missng a brake line on a wheel? sounds death-tappish to me. you need new brake lines it looks like
 
no mechanic would do that for fear of getting sued. some idiot did that. i'd be scared as to what else is wrong with it.
 
i will re-state what i said, it a death trap, start looking around quick OP and figure what else your looking at fixing.
